Q: What is the deadline for registration in a TOP 25 Award category and how much does it cost?
A: Entrants have until September 1st to register for entry in a TOP 25 Award or may have friends, family, management, pr rep and/or one’s supporters nominate them for consideration in TOP 25 Award categories which are free to enter, but official registration is highly recommended to ensure priority placement and before categories fill. When you register for any membership level, your work is considered for priority placement as a nominee by the Disilgold Top Advisory Review Board. Non-registered candidates must rely on nominations from the community all year long which are considered toward final decisions. The Top 25 Awards are voted upon by the people and placement in a category of choice is not guaranteed. All other categories are decided by the Disilgold Top Advisory Review Board and entrants have officially until November 1, but since nominees are not listed for other categories, but rather e-ballot boxes for the community to also refer candidates, we have accepted entries up until December 1. Upon winning a Top 25 Award, winners may return to same link to download winner’s emblem. All nominees and winners of Top 25 Awards are announced via the Disilgold e-PRESSRELEASEBLASTER. Winners of all other award categories may obtain a winners seal as well. However, Diamond Member full sponsorship ensures customization of a quality plaque which is mailed to winners.

A: Winners in both TOP 25 Award categories decided by the people and all other YOUnity Guild Categories decided by the Disilgold Top Advisory Review Board go live on www.Disilgold.com on New Year’s Eve by 12 midnight and TOP 25 Award winners are additionally featured on www.HeatherCovington.net, the official DISILGOLD SOUL MAGAZINE VOTING POLL SITE. Votes are automatically and digitally tabulated. It only takes Disilgold minutes to load final winners. This year however, we are including photos with links to winners on Disilgold.com in 2009 whether winners are registered or not.

Disilgold only conducts business with registered members via Disilgold@aol.com and no other email, so please disregard any spam emails from 3rd parties. This is a growing problem with award organizations and why we only have one email at Disilgold.com.
