Within a few years most females celebrities tend to age rapidly and more so than everyday people because they travel more in varied weather conditions, have less time to relax due to inconsistent and sometimes unpredictable work hours, and tend to work longer hours and stay under hot and jarring lights, as well as wear more makeup for cameras. Signs of aging show up in paparazzi pics so it is important to get more sleep which is the number one beauty remedy next to water, exercise, vitamins and stress free living.
