Nick Cannon had a kidney failure scare a week ago, but is back up in spirits and at work again. The rapper, actor, producer and tv personality even tweeted to his fans that he is fine, but made a commitment according to his Twitter to adopt a strict renal diet which includes less fluids, potassium and salt in his diet so he’ll be able to do stick around for his kids….
The star admits he was not putting the right foods in his body and getting enough sleep. He now wants to devout more time to his kids, “ROC & ROE.” His message via an AOL INTERVIEW was, “I always considered myself as someone who was in great shape, but I was doing too much so my immune system got confused and just started attacking my kidneys.” He also mentioned, “You look at my Twitter picture and I look like I’m in shape, but I was putting the wrong stuff into my body, speeding all the time, not sleeping and eating properly. It’s all about taking time and really caring about yourself and how you fuel yourself.” In a recent video message he says, “It’s not all about the grind.” Could Nick Cannon have been using supplements to get in shape? He still does not mention what he put in his body that cause kidney failure. He owes it to his fans to be more specific. He may be able to save millions of lives of exercise gurus not properly informed of the risks of health supplements and affects on the body. Nick Cannon was in peek form and couldn’t have possibly been eating any bad foods…. what protein, caffeine?????
