Not everyone pledges for a sorority upon graduation, but one of the highlights of joining a sorority is binding with sisters just like you who become life long friends. Joining a sorority isn’t just about learning your routines for a step show. There is a lot of discipline that goes into working with others and accomplishing a task with success. Sorority girls are said to have the capabilities to not only multi-task, but accomplish feats never imagined in their domain. Whether a lawyer, doctor or media personality, you can count on one belonging to a sorority. Just imagine if all of the sorority women joined forces instead of sub-dividing themselves by what division they joined. There are still sorority girls who won’t associate with other girls from a different sorority and why power connections keep getting thrown under the bus….

The problem arising when  individuals cannot accept and respect authority. As you can see in this Alpha Kappa Alpha 2nd Run Stroll Competition Alpha Phi Chapter there is a leader and the others wich their leadership is understood accept their role.
