Latest on Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry Not Returning to Show and Fired Rumors

The two main actors of the number rated show on BET, Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry will not be returning to The Game, although fans supported the return of the once cancelled show which made an amazing comeback.

Reportedly, the actors were demanding more money due to reports white actress on show received more money, but they refuted this in former interview and so,both have left the show.

In other news the two were fired for not accepting new terms of contract which may not include a raise, but this has not been confirmed. Tia may have other gigs lined up that may require her time. It will be interesting to see how characters are written off or rather replaced.

With less roles available for black actors and actresses you wonder why would Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry give up this popular gig. Plenty of actresses may fill their roles. Already, Brandy appears on show and could become a more central figure even though popularity of show was based on Tia and Pooch’s relationship on show. Fans have tweeted how much they will miss both actors.

Yes, a double negative.  She was out dressing everyone and then going to throw on this ghetto ish with red demins and a doggone crop leather jacket like some biker chick. Singer Eric Benet use to be the kind of man that would have women swooning out of their seats, but not anymore I would think with this Brutus 5 O’clock shadow for every concert.  He needs to hire a personal skin care specialist to tend to his face every day and if so, do a better job. This look is just uncalled for. Those razor stubbles are an issue with most women as myself and clearly can cut up a woman’s face. No one wants to kiss the Razor Stubble Man unless the face is conditioned and either fully grown in with manicure or just don’t do this at all.  I;ll be looking for more clean cut looks in the future from Eric Benet who’s wasting good face here.  Here he is performing at Radio Station WDAS’s iHeart Radio Performance Theater November 28, 2011 in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania with his non shaving ass. Serena’s shoe game and style is usually on point, but the big hair phase is over powering her already strong features and power shoulders creating a robust look better fit for bare shoulder styles if one must get her big hair on. While there is nothing wrong with the style itself it just isn’t Serena’s most flattering look who is had earned high points for style not to long ago and now rapidly losing points. Maybe this is what Serena’s wants so as long as she keeps rocking these big hair dos we’ll keep posting NOOOOs here and number them. Chanel Iman attended an evening with Ralph Lauren hosted by Oprah Winfrey and presented at Lincoln Center on October 24, 2011 in New York City, but her outfit was less than flattering according to fashion critics. This old flowery frock did nothing to show off Iman’s model frame and would  be better be left on the rack of Ralph Lauren’s collection of outdated flops that could be classy for a more mature woman, but simply a disaster for a young model. No one is wearing this sheer disaster to the club, beach, church or ball and it is clear from Chanel’s smirk that she doesn’t like this get up either and we love Ralph Lauren designs, just not this one.  Iman’s hair on the other hand, is on point. What gave it away was when the Entertainer of the Year pulled her skirt down realizing before hand it may be up. How could you feel that fluffy dress exposing your backside on stage. Impossible. What’s worse is that nothing is jiggling under that nude underwear so apparently our insiders believe she was wearing a butt pad. Okay, where do you get these things? Are they available only in Hollywood. I want one for the thrill of pretending my butt is bigger that it really is, too and maybe I’ll be making Taylor Swift money cuz home girl is as flat as an ironing board. It’s not even funny.

Taylor had better hit the gym quick before her career takes a nose dive by a landslide. SUSPECT: Right After Good Morning America Show, Jennifer Hudson Cancels CBS The Early Show Series!

It is being reported that Jennifer Hudson never made it to her next performance at CBS The Early Show Series after performing on the Good Morning America  Concert Series.

Apparently she felt abdominal pain and got sick to her stomach as well as Selena Gomez who was scheduled to appear. Did the Good Morning America Staff feed them some stale food? We all know CBS and ABC are just as much rivals as affiliates.

The whole food poisoning seems suspect to people. Luckily, Selena Gomez reported same signs of abdominal pain so people won’t begin to speculate that Jennifer Hudson was experiencing complications from her severe weight loss. Already we know people think she has been taking diet pills or got her stomach stapled, but this is erroneous information being that both Jennifer and Selena fell ill

. Other insiders are reporting that maybe Jennifer was paid to not perform for CBS. Who knows? Can a person just get sick and people not make up rumors? We wish Jennifer well. TECH MUNCH: How to Get More Twitter Followers in One Week

Here are ten tips I used to get 2500 Twitter followers in a week without being a verified celebrity (don’t volunteer yourself for this or your every move is tracked by advertisers) :

  • If you see other great stories online worth retweeting then by all means become a voice of authority for top news. Be sure to include your  own twitter URL to get followed back.
  • Share Hashtag tips on a topic you are well versed on. For example, I share #BeautyTips , #AuthorTips. #LiteraryDivas, #BlogNews and #ASKHEATHER motivational tips for writers. Your feed may be picked up by other related news widgets.
  • People tend to talk aloud when responding to promoted or trending tweets. @reply to several new people and one  or more are bound to follow back.
  • Tweet about other people with relevant commentary that intrigues people, but doesn’t offend. For example, I’ll use a celebrity’s name in bold caps and follow with a question and my blog link.
  • Browse for people with like interests and follow them. Most will follow back. Don’t worry if people do not reply back. Most replies are auto replies so if someone is following you DM them to connect better later on.
  • Contrary to belief, alert people on your projects or they’ll never know. You also, may find new fans this way who are motivated to see your progress. Remember, the internet is a place for inspiration. Like minded folks follow each other.
  • Add your Twitter URL to every post since most readers of time lines rarely go into your profile page.
  • Tweet for at least 15 minutes of your day which is not a lot of time. If necessary, break up your tweet sessions into 1 minute intervals throughout the day to stay relevant. People eventually follow relevant people in their lives.
  • Never pretend you know a celebrity or put tehm on the spot via Twitter without them DMing you first or you will come off as a stalker. Any celebrity or renown figure I have ever tweeted has reached out to me via DM.
  • Give #FF Friday follow shoutouts any day of the week to those who just followed you, but remember this may offend other followers who don’t want to see announcements of everyone you are following.
  • If you have a trade profession more than likely someone wants to step in your shoes so they follow you with a dozen accounts and then unfollow. Get used to this. You are not doing anything wrong, but may be doing everything right so they want to see you slow down. It’s a common tactic of business competition. Move onward. Don’t sweat unfollowers. Their loss.
  • One of my test experiments always proves that no one likes a foul mouth person on Twitter ranting about everything. Be cordial.
  • Twitter has auto follow and suggested follow recommends for those who are Verified. These accounts requested to be verified because someone was mimicking their account and I nine out of ten times it’s the celebrity themselves trying to get verified.  Twitter says the Verified system is not offered to the public which means it is a privatized solution for advertisers who buy into Verified and promoted accounts. What’s creepy is that these verified accounts are tracked severely by user location and every move online. It’s a sacrifice for fame, but do anything wrong and the feds will show up at your door. Celebrities prefer verification to participate in programs that pay for their every tweet.
  • NOTE: Popularity is fun for self motivation on a social network, but it doesn’t mean you’ll be successful. It could backlash. Just think of all of the celebs you follow because they are verified and recommended, but have you honestly ever supported them monetarily? Most likely not and so, don’t become a prisoner in the box trying to acquire more followers. To reach your goal of becoming a millionaire, one must apply sustainable  actions that guarantee results offline.
  • The best way to get more Twitter followers is to simply ask your base to follow you via FACEBOOK or your email, but ask yourself this question, can you make money with Twitter followers or simply having people go directly to your website?I used all of the methods above very briefly and  gained 2500 new friends in a few weeks, but I find the whole process very time consuming. I only wrote this post for those who believe Twitter can set off their business. Thus far, I am not verified on the machine so I will never be able to say Twitter made me thus far.     Looks like Ciara is slowly reviving her career in the right direction. She took a bad turn creating an album directed toward negativity rather than the joys of her life like a relationship with Amare’, travels around the world and guest appearances with several shows. Suffering from laryngitis in this clip, it is clear this talented singer has been through a lot. I sense it, but hold your head up Ciara. It took this video to clarify that she’s human and not some pompous  airhead as most media have portrayed her.

    It’s called black balling when folks can’t use you or blocking one’s success when they can’t misuse you.Not many women las this long in the music industry. It usually takes someone who has been through the same negativity to uplift one’s spirits enough to carry on. And Ciara is right, her faith will guide her in the direction she deserves. For example, I know exactly why I am here blogging, but many negative people may not quite grasp that and even if I get pop shots directed toward the bloggers all the time from the celebrities. I know my purpose and mission and can overlook any negativity because I’m sitting in my home office and those negative people are not, so you just dismiss.

    Sometimes celebs get confused over who their real enemies are and put people in a box, when in fact the people they think less of are more valuable than the people whom they thought were more valuable., but we all learn and grow. In other words, never let your emotions control your passions. If writing is your passion then stick to that. Don’t let anyone hand you their vision if you don’t believe in that vision.Stay true to yourself and embrace your fears, don’t run away from them. Most of all, don’t apologize for checking people. Say what you mean and name those who are giving you problems. Be specific or these folks know how to pit an entire industry against you and destroy your career. Ciara isn’t going anywhere because her angel, Amare’ is going to help turn things around.

    Stick by that boy Ciara even if the Knicks didn’t do their thing this year.  Get the ring from that prize. Amare is worth it.  Focus Ciara. Forget the music career right now.  Reality TV show with you and Amare getting married, build your own studio,  produce Hip Hop record with Amare. Become the dream couple. 5 babies. A Jackson family.  Take over the world. Dye your hair  ORANGE.  Cut a remake of Deuces with Chris Brown.     

    Battle of the Hair Divas: Iman, Solange, Keri, Rihanna and Nicki Rock New Hairstyles

    Iman sports a classic side swept bang bob which  stops at the neckline. As a result, Iman’s eyes and beautiful cheekbone structure are enhanced and earrings stand out. The only problem with this style is that the style looks too safe and constricting. Iman can play up some tendrils and just a little more length. Being over 50 does not mean one has to look like the President’s  wife and no offense to Michelle Obama, but Iman was an international Supermodel and I don’t care for this look on her. Get sassy and rock it out Iman.

    Solange rocks a classic wig fro with built in texture, height and volume. Her own hair is a little bit thicker as we have seen before in pics. Solange isn’t fooling anyone here.  This style works for the doe eyed beauty, but a little outdated. Solange gets props for individuality and claims she is not her hair, but then why does she change her hair so much?  Add a great smile which Solange owns and the style works for now, but it will certainly grow out more and then what? She’ll probably go back to a straight and relaxed style. his is Solange’s umpteenth style change. Even Beyonce’ does not change her hair that much.

    Keri Hilson is back with a different style and counting. This one is reminiscent of TLC and Mary J Blige’s old look so while it frames her face nicely it doesn’t come off as a signature look that Keri will lock in for the long run. If so, a different color might fair better.  Keri can virtually wear any look, but the Marilyn blonde ambition look may be a little too powering . She may want to mix it with some brown highlights to soften the look.

    Rihanna takes her classic red hair and creates an up do that is classic and not only looks elegant, but  evolves with the singer’s success.  While great for an evening among stars, this look won’t work well as a performer at all and normalizes Rihanna. Dom’t be so quick to look politically correct. Now Rihanna looks like everyone else. She use to have a bad girl image and you can tell she’s fighting it everyday. Not sure if Rihanna should do that right now.

     

    Last but not least, Nicki Minaj rocks her own hair and cleverly gels down the front and then  scrunches the top to show off her natural texture. Now this is an original hairstyle.  She just blows Iman, Solange, Keri and Rihanna away. She definitely did it on them as the kids are singing her song all over the country.

    I’m sure Iman, Solange, Keri and Rihanna are breathing fire right now after losing the Battle of the Hair Divas right here on the Literary Dish, but knowing these ladies they’ll all be back to make us fall in love with their hairstyles. Consider this round one and just a dose of humor.
